Chamomile essential oil - Calming

For those under stress, going through a period of depression, loneliness, or challenged by anxiety. Roman Chamomile helps bring a sense of calm, quelling nervousness & eases tension headaches.

Having calming & toning properties, Chamomile’s anti- inflammatory action penetrates the skin’s layers to soothe & repair - useful for skin conditions such as eczema.

Steam distilled from the flowers & leaves

Here are a small yet growing selection of organic essential oils to use in diffusers and oil burners or they can be added for use in a massage oil or added to creams and serums.

Ingredients

Anthemis nobilis flower oil

How to use

Bath - for adults add 2-3 drops in bath oil or a carrier oil. For children or adults with sensitive skins add up to 1 drops per tbs of carrier oil.

Inhalation - for adults add 4-6 drops to a bowl of steaming water. Place towel over your head and breathe.

Massage - for adults, use up to 6 drops per tbs of base oil. For children or adults with sensitive skins, use up to 3 drops in 1tbs of base oil.

Diffusers - add 1 -3 drops in a diffuser

Considerations

For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as the eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years. Contact your healthcare practitioner before using essential oils during pregnancy or breast feeding. Natural allergens - citronellol, eugenol, geraniol and linalool. Once opened, store in a cool, dark place and use within 12 months.
