Vegetable Glycerine liquid, Honey, Water, Echinacea purpurea root, (Echinacea), Sambucus nigra fractus (Elderberries), Vitamin C, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint)
Shake bottle before each use. As a preventative for adults give 1 tbs per day, for children give 1 tsp per day. At the first sign of illness, adults give 1 tbs every 2-3 hours. For children give 1 tsp every 2-3 hours. Can be stirred into hot water for adults as a warming drink.
Not suitable for children under one year old. Speak to your healthcare practitioner if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
